1. Subscription Payments

StayPe.ai operates on a subscription basis. All payments are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed securely through trusted payment gateways. Subscriptions can be monthly or annual depending on the plan selected during sign-up. You will be charged automatically based on your selected billing cycle.

2. Free Trial or Demo

We may offer free trials or demo periods for select users. During this period you can explore features before making any payment. Once the trial ends you will need to subscribe to continue using StayPe.ai.

3. Refund Eligibility

We strive to ensure complete satisfaction. However, since StayPe.ai is a digital subscription platform, refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment for the same account.
  • Payment made by mistake and reported within 3 days.
  • Technical issues from our end that prevent service usage and remain unresolved for more than 7 working days.

Refunds are not applicable for: change of mind after plan activation, partial usage of the subscription period, or issues arising from user-side connectivity or Google integration errors. All refund requests are reviewed by our support team before approval.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime directly from your StayPe.ai dashboard or by contacting our support team. After cancellation your plan will remain active until the current billing cycle ends. No further charges will be applied once you cancel. Your data will stay safe and can be exported before your account is closed.

5. Refund Processing

If eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed. The timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Renewal Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically to avoid service interruptions. You can disable auto-renewal anytime before your next billing date from your account settings.
