StayPe.ai is an AI-powered property management platform designed to simplify rent collection, tenant communication and operational tasks for property owners, PG operators and hostel managers in India.
These Terms govern your access to and use of all StayPe.ai services, tools and content.
You may be required to create an account using your email address, phone number or WhatsApp. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account will be deemed your responsibility.
StayPe.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent, misleading or abusive activities.
Certain features may be available under paid subscription plans. All payments made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. We use secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe or Paytm to process transactions. Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information. StayPe.ai is not liable for any payment failures or disputes arising from third-party gateways.
Your privacy is extremely important to us. All user data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Certain anonymized data may be used for product improvement or AI model training purposes. By using StayPe.ai, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
StayPe.ai uses AI algorithms to automate and suggest rent management, communication templates and analytics. These insights are recommendations only and should not be treated as legal, financial or professional advice. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI suggestions.
All content, code, branding, graphics and logos displayed on StayPe.ai are the intellectual property of StayPe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
StayPe.ai may integrate with external tools such as WhatsApp, Google Sheets or payment platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or security of third-party services. Your usage of such integrations is governed by the respective third-party’s terms and policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: StayPe.ai shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, business interruption or indirect damages arising from platform usage. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StayPe.ai, its founders, employees and partners against any claims, damages or expenses arising from misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws, or if you misuse or exploit any system loophole. Upon termination, your right to access StayPe.ai will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
StayPe.ai may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of major changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Platform after such updates implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
